We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your item.
All returns must be pre-approved by our Client Care team before being sent back.
To qualify for a return:
The item must be in pristine, unworn, and unused condition.
All original tags must be attached.
The item must be in its original packaging, including any protective materials, branded boxes, and authenticity cards (if applicable).
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Please note: Any items that show signs of wear, alteration, or removal of tags will be declined and returned to the client.

Once approved, you will receive:
A return shipping label (if applicable)
Step-by-step return instructions and the designated return address.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
We kindly request that you inspect your order upon receipt. Should you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For hygiene, safety, and exclusivity reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
